Isaac took Hilary on what she thought was just a scenic stroll through the park on a gorgeous spring day.
But then he knelt down on one knee– and presented her with a glimmering ring! She could barely contain her joy as he placed the delicate band onto her hand.
He had one more surprise up his sleeve, too! He had reached out to Paparazzi Proposals, and one of our hidden photographers was there to capture every magical frame of this Philadelphia park proposal.
The happy couple then went to a nearby bar, where they shared cocktails with friends and family to celebrate the occasion.
