But she wasn’t expecting that the getaway would end in a stunning Central Park proposal!

Working with Paparazzi Proposals, Bryan planned everything to be absolutely perfect.  After the couple spent a few days exploring all that New York has to offer, he surprised Becca with a carriage ride.  They took in the gorgeous scenery as the carriage rolled along, finally stopping to admire the iconic Bethesda Fountain.  As Becca took in the amazing views, Bryan dropped to one knee inside the carriage!  When she turned around, he presented her with a sparkling ring!  And Paparazzi Proposals captured each stunning moment with surprise engagement photography.

After she said yes, the pair wandered the scenic park for an engagement shoot, pausing on pathways and under footbridges for incredible photos that documented their special moment.

Back in March, Paparazzi Proposals caught the moment when Rahim knelt down on one knee in front of the iconic Central Park fountain and asked Ria for her hand in marriage.  They were so happy with their proposal pics that they invited us back for an encore– this time to shoot their engagement photos!

The joyful couple further documented their New York City love story by choosing the Flatiron building as the backdrop for their engagement photos.

Balloons and bubbles were the name of the game in this playful shoot in Midtown, Manhattan. As the shoot progressed, the two traded in a bouquet of colorful balloons for a bubble gun, and finally an “&” sign to hint at their future titles– Mr. & Mrs.!

Romance was definitely in the air as Rahim spun his fiancée into a retro-style dip.   The couple laughed and embraced as they hailed a cab and made their way to the east side waterfront, one of Ria’s favorite running spots, to continue taking photos.

The weather and scenery of Central Park? Perfect. The surprise picnic from our friends at Perfect Picnic NYC? Splendid. Oh, and the ring? Absolutely flawless!

Chris hit a home run with this classic, romantic proposal. After taking a stroll through the park, they came upon a picnic blanket complete with flowers, food and champagne. As they sat down to enjoy themselves, Jenna had no idea this wasn’t the only surprise he had up his sleeve. As he began to tell her how much she meant to him, he got onto one knee, pulled out a gorgeous ring and proposed! After the shock wore off, she said “YES!”

However, those weren’t the only surprises. Chris had also contacted Paparazzi Proposals to arrange for our unique style of proposal photography to capture every second before, during and after the big moment. Little did she know that one of our paparazzi-style photographers was secretly snapping pictures as they strolled through the park and settled down to enjoy lunch. This gorgeous couple went out for a fun Sunday and came back engaged!

The air during March has a different feel in New York City. People are slowly starting to come out of their cave and others begin to occupy the streets once again. With March practically flying by, Rahim made sure that March 2015 would be memorable. The weather was perfect for a nice stroll through the park. With strangers and their families secretly waiting for Rahim and Ria to seal the deal, you can tell that Rahim made sure that every detail was thought out. Rahim also came armed with Paparazzi Proposals and the amazing tunes by 45 Riots. Ria, this wasn’t just any ordinary day.

As our couple made their way towards the Bethesda Fountain, that’s when our snappers started going off and the musician began to get ready. What song did Rahim select? None other than For you by Kenny Lattimore. The mood began to settle in as the butterflies in Rahim’s stomach were more alive than ever. He was getting prepared to ask for Ria’s hand in marriage. You can tell that the element of laughter is so important in this couple’s life. They’re always smiling and that’s what we love to see from a proposal. Smiling couples make our day! They later made their way to the boat house where their loved ones were patiently waiting to congratulate their Rahim and Ria. This was a family affair! Kudos to you Rahim. Congratulations to Rahim and Ria!

Mathew wanted to propose to Maia, but had some work to do before he was ready for the big moment. So weeks in advance, he put his plan into motion.

He wanted his proposal to be original and something she would never forget and never expect. He contacted Paparazzi Proposals and we helped him coordinate one of the sweetest and most thoughtful proposals we have ever been a part of. Mathew had several surprises in store for her! First, he planned on doing it while they were visiting New York City from Miami. For the second surprise, we reached out to our friends at 45 Riots to arrange for an acoustic guitar player to be waiting at the spot Mathew would pop the question. Surprise number three was that we also set up one of our paparazzi-style photographers in the area who would be able to photograph the big moment without Maia having a clue as to what was happening. After a romantic stroll through Central Park, the couple approached the historic Bethesda Fountain. With the guitar player slowly beginning to strum away,  Mathew turned to Maia and sweetly serenaded her. As his song came to an end, he took her hand, knelt down, and asked if she would marry him. Once upon a time Lauren was simply just another regular customer at Enrico’s bagel store on Long Island. However, something about her caught his eye. After almost a year of slowly getting to know each other through pleasant small talk, he finally mustered up the courage to ask for her number. In the past, Lauren would never have given out her number in this way. But this time, something felt different and she made the leap of faith. 

Since that moment, not a day has passed in which they have not spoken. The fun they have when with one another was undeniable. Even the shortest amount of time spent apart felt like an eternity. Realizing this was the woman he was meant to marry, Enrico finally began getting ready to ask for her hand. However, he wanted to be sure he would propose in a way that would have special meaning to them both. Timothy had known he wanted to marry Hanah for some time. However, he wanted to make sure would have no idea when it would be and it would be done in a way she would never forget. The romantic in him quickly took over…

He meticulously planned a fun night out in the city including dinner and tickets to see The Nutcracker, followed by a private horse and carriage ride which would secretly be awaiting them afterwards.

As the two stepped out onto the bridge to soak in the gorgeous glow of the city lights sparkling above the tree tops, Timothy made his move! Montrell had a MUCH bigger plan in store! Knowing how important the city was to Kerry and her family, he secretly plotted to propose to her in Central Park. To make this plan even more special, he hired Paparazzi Proposals for surprise engagement photography to capture every minute leading up to, during and after his proposal!

They first met on Match.com. When they finally met up in person, Montrell was instantly awestruck by her beauty. With an infectious smile and adorable dimples, he was smitten. However, what drew him even more to her was that she was equally beautiful on the inside. It wasn’t long after that he realized he wanted to marry her, and began planning his special proposal.

With the help of Paparazzi Proposals he chose Central Park, for its rich history and the picturesque backdrop it would provide for their surprise proposal photographs.
