Evan reached out to Paparazzi Proposal to plan a romantic wedding proposal for his girlfriend, Tiffany. We worked together to decide that City Park would be the best place to propose in New Orleans! Tiffany had no idea our hidden proposal photographer was nearby, photographing the entire surprise proposal.
