It was a busy day at the iconic Brooklyn Bridge but that didn’t stop Kevin’s plan to propose.

Stopping at the perfect spot to propose with the New York City skyline behind them, Kevin dropped to one knee to ask Ashley for forever. Even another couple taking a selfie behind Ashley couldn’t ruin their romantic moment.

Ashley was completely surprised!

After she said yes to her Brooklyn Bridge proposal, the now engaged couple went around for a Brooklyn Bridge engagement photo shoot.

Our New York proposal photographer captured their love with the iconic bridge and skyline behind them. They stopped at one of the most popular locations of the Brooklyn Bridge too.

After nearly seven years together, Michael was ready to propose and wanted to make the moment perfect.  And as the sun set out over the city, with sweeping views from the roof deck at Hotel East Houston—it was.

Every fairytale ending has a beginning, and for this happy couple, it was during the first week of class at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas back in 2006.

Caitlin and Michael had two classes together that fall.  As she walked into the room, they locked eyes.  He immediately noticed her stunning smile.  She chose desks next to him in both classes and tried to strike up conversation.  She was drawn in by his compassionate way with others and wanted to get to know him better, but Michael was quiet and didn’t chat very much, so after a few weeks, she changed seats.

That could have been the end of their story, but a year and a half later, in the spring of 2008, they reconnected.  This time, the chemistry was undeniable, and they began the start of a beautiful relationship.

Over the years, Michael’s old injuries from football began to cause him pain.  Caitlin willingly took care of him through it all, never leaving his side.  That was when Michael knew she was The One.

And when Michael met Caitlin’s whole family and immediately fit in, she knew that he was the person she wanted to spend the rest of her life with.

The couple loves traveling together, so Michael felt that a trip to New York City would provide the perfect opportunity to pop the question.  He also knew that Caitlin loved the idea of a rooftop wedding, and decided that a skyline engagement setting would be a great start to their journey to the altar.  He knew taking his small town girl to the big city to propose was going to be a memorable, cherished moment and hired Paparazzi Proposals to capture their proposal with surprise engagement photography.

On November 2^nd of this past year, Oray and Julia were preparing to go on their first date.

Both Oray and Julia had had a long series of bad dates and poor experiences by the time they were set to meet each other.  Each of them had separately vowed that this would be their last date before they both abandoned the quest to find that person to spend the rest of their lives with.

Little did they know, they would fall in love instantly on that first date.  Oray says he knew Julia was The One from the moment he met her.  Her kind, caring nature shone through and immediately made clear to him that this was the woman he had been looking for, the partner he wanted to share the rest of his journey with.

“Every day since then has just convinced us more that we were meant to be together,” said Oray.

Knowing they wanted to be together, the couple quickly began to discuss plans for the future.   They originally agreed to wait for a full year from the date that they had met in order to get engaged, but Oray wanted to completely surprise his love by proposing earlier than expected.

So, 7 months into his whirlwind romance with Julia, he reached out to her daughters for advice. He wanted them to be part of the whole process, and knew they’d help him dream up exactly the experience that Julia wanted.

They set about helping him pick a ring that suited her style, and meaningful date—Julia’s mother’s birthday.

To make sure their mother had her dream proposal, complete photos to document the couple’s beautiful love story, her daughters immediately referred Oray to Paparazzi Proposals.

“One daughter sent me the link to Paparazzi Proposals, and I was off to the races!” Oray said.  “They helped me pick the spot and with all the planning.  The Top of the Rock could not have been a better spot!  The views were incredible.”

And so, on June 6th, with the sun shining and with sweeping, photogenic views of all of Manhattan in the background, Oray dropped to one knee and presented Julia with a stunning ring from Kay Jewelers.

Truly surprised and beaming with happiness, she accepted! And our sneaky snapper was there to capture every gorgeous moment of their proposal.  Now, the couple has yet another way to include Julia’s daughters in the magical moment—stunning photographs to commemorate another chapter in their true love story.

The weather and scenery of Central Park? Perfect. The surprise picnic from our friends at Perfect Picnic NYC? Splendid. Oh, and the ring? Absolutely flawless!

Chris hit a home run with this classic, romantic proposal. After taking a stroll through the park, they came upon a picnic blanket complete with flowers, food and champagne. As they sat down to enjoy themselves, Jenna had no idea this wasn’t the only surprise he had up his sleeve. As he began to tell her how much she meant to him, he got onto one knee, pulled out a gorgeous ring and proposed! After the shock wore off, she said “YES!”

However, those weren’t the only surprises. So he planned to pop the question while on vacation in New York City. Being from Brazil, he contacted Paparazzi Proposals to help him with proposal ideas, locations and surprise engagement photography!

We were able to arrange for a private, romantic horse and carriage ride through and around Central Park. Afterwards, they continued to explore all the park had to offer, stopping at each of the iconic locations along the way. As they paused atop the historic Bow Bridge, Fernando made his move!

Getting down on one knee, he pulled out a lovely note he had penned to Glaucia professing his undying love for her. As tears began to well up, he produced the ring and asked for her hand in marriage. However, what’s even more special is their love story.

Proposing to her meant so much to Mitchell. So he hired Paparazzi Proposals to provide surprise engagement photography and capture this special once in a lifetime moment to cherish forever!

They met a little under 2 years ago.  Mitchell is a sober member of AA and director of a 40 bed drug treatment facility. One day he received a call from a friend asking if he would accept a new patient. After the friend explained how special of a person this young lady was, Mitchell agreed to give her an opportunity.

That’s when he met Bryann.  Within a week of moving in she was declaring “I am going to marry Mitch Brown!”  In the months that followed, she remained sober and became one of the more “responsible” clients of the facility. As time passed, they became very close friends. He was forced to fly to NYC for a family emergency and needed someone to step in and help with drug testing the residents in his absence.  Bree not only accepted that challenge, she handled her responsibilities in a capacity Mitch never expected.  Learning this upon his return, her offered her a  job.  She accepted, and still insisted she would one day marry Mitch!

Months later, as his recovery continued to progress, he finally felt he is was in position to be the type of man she truly deserved. he asked her out and the rest as they say, is history. It’s amazing how the universe conspired to bring two people, one troubled and in pain, together in a way that they could help support and lift each other up with love.

The spot he chose to propose was equally special.  It just so happened to be the exact spot in Washington Square Park where his mother and father met 50 years ago.  This spot had such a special meaning to them, it was the perfect place to accept Bree into their family. It doesn’t get much better than this!
