Winner dreams up his perfect proposal, New York
When Gyutae told us about his dream proposal, we thought it so romantic that we awarded him a free proposal shoot!
Spring was the perfect time for this Brooklyn picnic proposal…
Gyutae wrote to us as part of our ‘For the love of April’ proposal contest with his plan to propose to his long terms girlfriend Rebecca. Despite having received some really great submissions, we loved the amount of effort he wanted to put in to the small details of the day and so for us it made sense to award him a free photo shoot.
On a gorgeous Spring day, Gyutae and Rebecca went to the River Cafe in Brooklyn for a scrumptious lunch overlooking the water with sweeping views back to Manhattan. Afterwards, they took a romantic stroll along the waterfront before pausing to relax on a picnic blanket in the park. Our Photographer was there to capture that build up as well as the moment when Rebecca was presented with a gorgeous journal to read. On finishing reading, Gyutae got down on one knee and proposed, making Rebecca’s day!
