Phoenix Marriage Proposal: Kurt and Amanda’s Rose Garden Proposal

Somewhere in a rose garden in Phoenix, Kurt and Amanda got engaged.

Kurt and Amanda took a romantic stroll to a gorgeous rose garden in their neighborhood, and he surprised her with a diamond ring. Here’s their adorable love story.

They met in August of 2010 at a friend’s birthday party. Amanda had just moved to Phoenix for Pharmacy school and one of her new classmates was friends with Kurt’s bandmate at the time. They met at a birthday party and Kurt’s phone died so he gave her his number. Luckily she called! Kurt thought she was beautiful and they hit it off and got along well, then realized they were both big fans of the band Muse and Kurt was hooked! “Our first Valentine’s day I told her I love her (I only waited another 5 and a half years to pop the question!)”

“The area is special to us because it is just down the street from where we live and bought our first house together. We had visited the Rose Garden before with her grandma and dad and I thought it would be an intimate and romantic spot in the neighborhood to propose.”

They shopped for the ring together, after visiting a few different stores they found the perfect ring at Robbins Brothers in Scottsdale. “I couldn’t have done it without all of the help I got from Amanda’s sister Shannon and my brother Kyle. Shannon gave me a lot of planning advice and helped keep Amanda surprised, Kyle helped plan and was there to set up the picnic.”

Kurt took Amanda for a romantic stroll in the rose garden where he had a blanket spread out for them and to make it even more special he serenaded her with his guitar.
Kurt got on one knee and asked Amanda to marry him. Of course she said “YES!”
Kurt had gone above and beyond and hired a secret photographer to capture the whole thing.
Kurt chose the perfect ring for the perfect fiancé.
The photographer took a beautiful night-lit portrait session of the newly-engaged couple and their two beloved dogs.

Lincoln and his girlfriend, Catherine, were visiting Phoenix from California for the 4th of July weekend, however, that wasn’t the celebration Lincoln would be sharing with his girlfriend.
During a romantic walk along the scenic routes of Arizona Grand, Lincoln got down on one knee and took out a diamond ring.
Unbeknownst to Catherine, Lincoln had our sneaky photographer secretly capturing the entire proposal!

A Walk Down Memory Lane in Seattle

Paul and Gagan went on a walk, pausing at a picnic table to sit and chat. But Paul had a surprise in mind! When Gagan turned around, she saw chalkboard. Written on it were memories and landmark dates of their relationship. The last line had the date of that day, with the phrase “And then, she said….” After wiping away tears of joy, Gagan wrote, “Yes!” And Paul placed a delicate rose gold ring on her finger.

Daniel and Ariana’s Camelback Mountain Proposal

Daniel whisked Ariana away for a vacation at the Camelback Mountain Resort. The couple often spent weekends away at the serene sanctuary, bringing along their dog. Daniel knew that the place where they shared so many wonderful memories was the perfect place to propose.
While they were taking there dog out for a walk around the grounds, Daniel popped the question, and Ariana said yes!
They shared a kiss as their dog joyfully celebrated the occasion in his own way.
They both took a moment to appreciate Ariana’s shimmering engagement ring.
After the shock wore off, they enjoyed a portrait session set against the striking red rocks of Camelback Mountain.
