Steven reached out to Paparazzi Proposals to surprise Casandra with an engagement proposal she would never forget while they were on vacation. We arranged for our sneaky photographer to be discreetly waiting at Top of the Rock for their arrival. As they enjoyed the breath-taking views, we waiting for the big kneeling moment.
