While she was dazzled with it all, she had no idea she was about to be even more impressed!

As they looked up at the skyscrapers and flashing lights of the billboards around them, Conor pointed something out on the Jumbotron…

As she turned to Conor in complete shock, he slowly dropped to a knee and pulled out a gorgeous engagement ring. As a small crowd started to gather, she proclaimed “yes!”
