It offers scenic views of Downtown Minneapolis and the Mississippi River. You can make it even more romantic by having us set up roses and champagne on a blanket prior. Located at Willow River State Park, Willow Falls is a movie-like backdrop for any proposal. Daniel invited his girlfriend to visit this hotspot, but it was for more than the magical views.
