As Cynthia arrived at the Ritz Carlton, she was surprised enough to discover that Carlos had booked a gorgeous room overlooking the ocean at Dana Point. As he lead her from the patio out to the lawn and they enjoyed the sunset over the ocean, a more perfect moment couldn’t have been chosen for Carlos to drop to one knee and ask for her hand in marriage.
