Thomas and Lindsey were taking a stroll by the US Capitol Hill during the rain, which would serve as the perfect romantic atmosphere for what Thomas had planned.
At the picture-perfect moment, Thomas got down on one knee and asked Lindsey to marry him!
Unbeknownst to Lindsey, Thomas arranged for our sneaky photographer to be discreetly hidden, capturing every moment.
After the proposal, our photographer revealed himself and took the newly-engaged couple around the area for an engagement portrait session. Don’t they look fantastic!
