Charles and Hillary were enjoying a romantic weekend together in Washington DC, however, when she least expected, Hillary turned around to see him down on one knee with a diamond ring.

Unbeknownst to Hillary, Charles had our sneaky photographer capturing the whole proposal. Afterwards, he took the newly-engaged couple to one of their favorite places, a local bookstore, for an impromptu engagement portrait session!
